It was in the month of December (Xmas) last year when Kanye West decided to gift a $14 million condo to his better half, Kim Kardashian. However, the duo has now backed off from the deal. Why? Reportedly, both Kim and Kanye felt that the Miami condo wasn’t offering enough privacy for their family. A source told E! News, "Kanye took Kim to Miami to view the property after Christmas—and she loved it. However, once photos of them together on the balcony were released by the paparazzi on her first visit, Kim felt that the condo did not offer enough privacy for their family."
The couple has now decided that it would be better to spend that amount of money on a property that offers more privacy as the source added, “They are now looking for a vacation home that is much more private." Reportedly, they are now looking into the real estate in the Bahamas and various other tropical destinations. Well, unfortunately, the couple has lost their $600,000 down payment as it was a non-refund deal. But does that really matter when it comes to the Kardashians? We think not!
The condo in question has been designed by Norman Foster and is located in Miami. It came by a fancy name known as ‘Billionaire Beach Bunker.’ All being done, we hope the couple finds a property that will suit their ‘privacy’ conditions, ASAP!
